As a CAF Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service for new and existing dealers; processing all payments in a timely and secure manner, general office duties, as well as assisting the local Account Manager in supporting our Customers.
Examples of job duties would be:
Meeting customer and other employee needs Completing all scanning in a timely manner Flooring vehicles, sending checks and receiving titles from auctions Communicating with auctions and other employees about current questionable transactions Maintaining an organized office and title filing system Ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator that is able to quickly and accurately follow-up on tasks.
Must be a self-starter that is able to manage their workload and communicate with Corporate HQ.
Must represent the brand appropriately and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
This role is Monday - Friday with little to no overtime required.
This position has office space within the Dealers Auto Auction of East TN location.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
